Alexandra just keeps getting bigger, saying more funny things, and playing up a storm! I'm stunned by this picture where she looks about 10 years old. Look at that form! Yup, dad taught her everything she knows ;-)
We are slightly worried that even though she is only 21 months (next week) old, that Alex is prematurely aging to about the 2 year old range. I'm sure it has nothing to do with Grandmas spoiling her the past few weeks, or this new sister thing she has going on. We'll monitor the situation and see how things progress.

We'll keep posting photos, but now I'm thinking maybe we should post them on the home page instead of the photos page, so we keep traffic all going to the same place? Let me know what you think, consolidate or no? (By the way, I also posted some more photos on the photos page.)

Reese is now one week old, and doing very well. Although she still enjoys the plush life at Kaiser (constant care and attention, tanning beds, experienced nurses waiting on her hand and foot) we're anxiously awaiting her homecoming. Keep your fingers crossed!

And so the sibling rivalry begins. Not to be outdone by her sister Alexandra who was born 2 weeks early, Reese Angela decided to come a full 5 weeks ahead of plan! After an innocent enough phone call earlier in the day from Krista saying, "I'm having some contractions, but I'm sure its nothing..."
... Reese Angela Glotzbach was born on Friday August 4, 2006 at 8:11pm weighing a mere 5 pounds 5 ounces and a full 19 inches long. Although the doctors are keeping a close eye on her to make sure all is well, she is doing wonderfully as is Mom (aka Krista). Alexandra will get to meet her new baby sister tomorrow morning, and I'm sure she is very excited!
